Our Doors Are Open | | The people of Hayes Barton are on a journey - to live as disciples of Christ. In fact, this is our Vision. This can only be accomplished one step at a time, supporting each other along the way. We invite you to join us, no matter where you are on your journey, and together we will live the lives that God is calling us to live. We would love for you to visit Hayes Barton. If you plan to worship with us on a Sunday morning, we offer two traditional worship services – one at 8:30am and another at 11:00am. Our Lighthouse Worship, a less formal service with a praise band and multi-media additions, is offered in the fellowship area at 9:00.
Come, and you will be greeted at each of the entrances by friendly folks who will be willing to offer you directions. |

Sunday mornings are a wonderfully busy time at HBUMC. Please take a minute to review the following parking suggestions.
Two parking lots are located along Fairview Road at the Stone Street and Reid Street intersections. On Sunday mornings, the Stone Street lot is reserved for handicapped and elderly persons. We also welcome our “first-time visitors” to enjoy one of the spaces reserved just for them. |

Do you want to join Hayes Barton or find out more about Hayes Barton? If the answer is yes, the New Member Class is for you. This class is conducted in such a way as not to pressure anyone to join but to inform and educate about Methodism and Hayes Barton UMC. There are several opportunities each year to participate in a class. There are 4 weeks of classes during the Sunday School hour (9:50am-10:50) followed by an opportunity to join the church on the 5th Sunday. During this time you will be paired with a “Fellowship Friend” that will pray for you and assist you in getting involved in activities at Hayes Barton. |
