In the wrestling over issues and ideas about which we feel strongly and believe to seriously matter, remember Paul’s clarity of vision, and through him keep sight of who we are – and whose we are. As wondrous and precious as we may individually be, it is in our connectedness – it is when our particular gifts and graces are melded with the cuts and colors of others in the community of faith – that we find our place in the larger pattern of God’s own mind.
