The words we use are powerful and have meaning, and the danger is that we might feel their impact and change as a result of them. Throw out the arrows of God’s creative verbiage and you may find that your own side gets pierced too. Speak of compassion, and you become more compassionate. Speak with peace, and you find peace. Speak of grace that encompasses all creation, and you will find yourself wrapped in the same blanket right along with everybody else.
