Worship is an integral part of Christian life at Hayes Barton Methodist Church. Christ is praised; His word is heard; His love, comfort and grace is received through worship. Participants are inspired to go forth and live a daily Christian life.

Traditional worship services are Sunday at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The contemporary praise and worship service, called Lighthouse, is Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Special services of music, word and table are offered during Advent, Christmas, Lent and Easter. Each worship service offers a children's message. Nursery care is provided for all services including pagers for parents of infants.
