Dear church family,

We hope you and yours are safe and well. The staff has been in continued discussion regarding the anxiety and discomfort of COVID-19, social unrest, and ongoing illnesses within our congregation. We pray for peace and strength in this difficult time. As we monitor case numbers in our community and continue in our striving to do no harm, we have made the difficult decision to postpone in-person Worship indefinitely. Our desire to offer Christ, Community, and Compassion is strong. We want to be full of love and care for each other, and at this time, we feel the risk is too great.

We will continue to offer the in-person communion services on Wednesday nights at 5:30pm on our patio for a time of meditation, message, and sacrament; please sign up to attend. The Chapel and Columbarium are available for prayer, by appointment, by contacting the church. Online Book and Bible studies and small groups continue to meet almost every day of the week. Our Bazaar team has worked incredibly hard for a wonderful menu of opportunities for lunch, bake sale, and online shopping. The youth and children’s department have exciting opportunities for our young people, and we continue to offer vibrant, creative worship videos for you each weekend.

During this season of hard decisions, we have seen an outpouring of outreach to the least and the last, support for our In-Crowd and those sick and grieving, and a church community full of friendship and love. Thank you for your patience and understanding and for being the church doing all the good we can in all the ways we can.
