History of the Bazaar

The Humble Heart Bazaar has been a beloved annual tradition since 1951. Since then, generations of Hayes Barton United Methodist Women have come together year after year to raise funds for local nonprofits making a meaningful impact in our community.

Today, the fundraiser features a Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Marketplace, Corporate and Traditional Lunch offerings, and a Greenery Sale. One hundred percent of the net proceeds from the Bazaar are distributed as grants to local nonprofit organizations that support women and children — including Safe Child, Diaper Train, Methodist Home for Children, Wee Care, A Place at the Table, and many others.

The continued success of the Bazaar is a testament to the strength, generosity, and fellowship of our community. We are so grateful for your support!
